Fu.Topia offers tracked international delivery. The countries, services and rates available for your address are shown at checkout. If no delivery option appears, we are not yet able to accept an order for that destination.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and the estimated transit time are calculated from the destination and the available service. The estimate begins after dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, security checks, remote-area handoffs, weather and local carrier conditions can cause delays outside our control.

Processing and tracking

Fu.Topia prepares each order for dispatch. Product-specific preparation times will be shown on the product page or order confirmation when applicable. Once your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to begin updating after the carrier receives the parcel.

Duties, taxes and import charges

Import treatment depends on the destination and the delivery service selected. Where duties and taxes are included, this will be stated at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that they are included, the recipient may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees or carrier handling charges collected on arrival. Fu.Topia cannot control these charges.

Delivery details

Please check the recipient name, delivery address, postcode and telephone number required for delivery before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once order processing or carrier processing has begun, an address change or cancellation may no longer be possible and additional charges may apply.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay, a delivery exception or delivery to an incorrect location, contact hello@futopiafortune.com with your order number. Fu.Topia will review the shipment with the carrier.
